Michael Fritts was born in Knoxville, TN and calls it home to this day. He has worked in the financial services industry for over a decade. His alma mater is Columbia College Chicago, where he graduated with Magna Cum Laude before moving back home. Michael is married to his best friend Heather and they have twin children in Charlie and Daisy to go with their 3 dogs and cat.
In his spare time, Michael enjoys golfing, hiking, reading, writing, and spending time with his family.

Chuck Jones
Financial Advisor
Chuck Jones is a Financial Advisor at Goals Based Financial Planners. His main goal and mission is to help as many people as possible build a successful financial plan and create a comfortable retirement so they can truly enjoy their golden years. Chuck has worked in the financial services industry since 2016. He currently maintains a Series 65 Securities registration along with a Life & Health Insurance License. Prior to joining Goals Based Financial Planners he worked as a branch banking manager. Chuck married his beautiful wife Kimberly in 2011 and has a daughter born in 2013 and son born in 2015. His hobbies are spending time with his wife and family, watching his daughter cheerlead and dance, and watching his son play and coaching him in football and basketball. He also loves skiing, hiking, boating, and anything outdoors.
